A prerequisite to all carving classes, Blade Safety and Bushcraft Carving is the best place to begin learning valuable knife skills. You will understand different blade designs and edge grinds, as well as what they are best used for.
In this class you will learn the basics of the blade, from proper knife usage, basic axemanship, and how to remain safe while carving. You will also learn the Old Ways Training Notch Stick.
Ever wanted to carve a kitchen crane, ladder back pack frame, sleeping platform, or other bushcraft camp craftables? This is your class!

We will make items like the camp spatula/fork, the Carving Stick with Elemental Campcraft notches, the campcraft coal tong, the wooden hand vise, and more.
